Gulha is a Maldivian short-eat mostly eaten for evening tea.
Gulha is made of Maldivian Tuna. It has ingredients which gives it great texture and flavour; grated coconut, chilli, lime and salt.
It is wrapped in flour like a dumpling. But is usually eaten by deep frying. You can also Air-Fry or bake for a healthier option. Gulha is hard and crunchy on the outside and the tuna mixture inside is soft and light.
